What is the minimum stay required? Do you offer short stays? Extended stay?

We offer corporate apartments for minimum 30 days.AllCity also offer a minimum stay of 7 days or 1 week, depending on availability and local laws. Short stays of one week to extended stay of one year or more is allowed in our temporary housing.

What are included in the rent?

The rent includes a fully furnished apartment with equipped kitchen with the following services: twice-a-month housekeeping, cable TV, high speed internet, Unlimited Long distance phone usage, Generous Utility Allowance.

What is the method of payment accepted?

We accept payments by personal checks, bank transfer and credit cards. . If you wish to pay Online through your Bank, please go to Contact Us Menu, then Reach us. The link to make a secure payment is at the bottom of the page, and there is no fee involved.

Do you accept pets? Are there fees involved?

Pets are accepted in most buildings for a fee.

What is the extension/cancellation policy?

AllCity requires all clients to provide a 15-day notice to vacate. This 2-week period will allow you to either extend your agreement or give a move-out notice
